AIC operates as a General Contractor, keeping the most critical steps in-house instead of handing everything to subcontractors.

General Contractor (GC): AIC leads the whole project as the single point of contact and answers for schedule, quality and acceptance.
In-house quality control (QC) team: QC is run directly by AIC, independent of subcontractors — keeping the acceptance standard consistent.
A 1,200m² in-house production workshop: Self-produces joinery and furniture items, controlling quality and schedule from fabrication onwards — alongside a 600m² workshop office and a 5-floor showroom.
MEP & fire safety (PCCC) via specialist partners: Mechanical & electrical (MEP) and fire safety (PCCC) packages are executed by licensed specialist partners; AIC keeps the General Contractor role and overall QC, so you work with one single point of contact.

Is there an English version?

Yes. AIC works with many FDI project owners, so the company profile, BOQ quotes and contracts all come in bilingual Vietnamese–English versions.

Does AIC hold an ISO certificate?

AIC currently holds no ISO certificate. The profile focuses on demonstrated capability instead: 10 years of experience, a real project portfolio, 2 in-house workshops and an in-house QC team. AIC does not list certificates it does not hold.

Does AIC build outside HCMC?

AIC's head office and operating capability are based in HCMC. Hanoi and Đà Nẵng branches are planned but not yet operational — please talk to AIC directly about the geography of your specific project.

Does AIC self-perform MEP and fire safety (PCCC)?

MEP (mechanical & electrical) and fire safety (PCCC) packages are executed by AIC's licensed specialist partners. AIC always keeps the General Contractor (GC) role and overall quality control (QC), so you still work with one single point of contact.
