Every project AIC builds carries a warranty of up to 24 months plus three scheduled maintenance visits after handover. AIC acts as the general contractor and quality controller (GC + QC); MEP, air-conditioning and fire-safety (PCCC) works are executed by designated specialists that AIC coordinates and signs off. Joinery is made in AIC's two workshops (1,200 m² + 600 m²), keeping quality and materials under control.

AIC standardises one store prototype from the brand's brand book, produces centrally at its two workshops, then replicates it site by site under uniform QC — so the first and the tenth store look identical. Each site takes about 6–14 weeks depending on size, with AIC as a single point of contact for the whole chain.

Yes. An opening date is usually fixed by the marketing calendar or the lease, so AIC schedules backwards from it and locks the milestone in the contract. Fixtures and counters are pre-fabricated at the workshop and installed quickly on site to minimise how long the space is occupied.

Yes. AIC is used to mall fit-out rules: working after hours or overnight, registering material deliveries, protecting common areas, and handing over per the management's requirements. MEP and fire-safety follow the building's designated contractors, coordinated by AIC as general contractor.

Both. AIC builds everything from F&B takeaway kiosks and small stores (≥30 m²: storefront, counters, signage, lighting) to full brand-book showrooms and flagships. Kiosks optimise for cost and speed; flagships focus on brand experience and display materials.
