AIC acts as the general contractor and quality controller (GC + QC); MEP, air-conditioning and fire-safety (PCCC) works are executed by designated specialists that AIC coordinates and signs off. Joinery is made in AIC's two workshops (1,200 m² + 600 m²), keeping quality and materials under control.

AIC draws up a master schedule as soon as the drawings are confirmed and the contract signed, committing to a specific handover date so you can move in on time. Duration depends on scope and finish level; joinery is pre-produced at AIC's two workshops in parallel with on-site work to shorten the timeline.

AIC delivers end to end — design through construction — as a single point of contact. If you already have drawings, AIC takes them off and builds; if not, AIC develops a 3D concept, confirms the scope and then builds. Going turnkey keeps the drawings aligned with what is actually built, avoiding gaps between a separate designer and contractor.

Yes. AIC builds essential smart-home features (lighting, curtains, air-conditioning, door locks, security) into the turnkey interior package, and expands them on request for villas and penthouses. The wiring and infrastructure are reserved during the low-voltage stage to avoid tearing into finished work later.
